Miraval Berkshires Resort & Spa

Miraval Berkshires opened on July 15, 2020, as Miraval's first resort east of the Mississippi, across 380 acres of the Berkshires that include Wyndhurst, a Gilded Age mansion with grounds by Frederick Law Olmsted and a golf course from 1926. Heated, windowed walkways link the whole resort, so winter works as well as the foliage season. The Life in Balance Spa, designed by Clodagh, covers 29,000 square feet with 28 treatment rooms, and its menu runs from Vasudhara and Naga Thai massage to the Sweet Slumber Massage and the Vibrational Sound Chamber. Learning by doing is the Miraval signature: the Equine Experience and the It's Not About the Horse class, pottery at The Way of the Wheel and, in 2026, mycology and blacksmithing workshops, falconry, Men's Mental Fitness, Mindful Eating and sound baths in the water. There is an apiary, an organic garden and a programme that rescues injured birds of prey. Stays are all-inclusive, covering every meal, snacks and soft drinks, the daily activity schedule and a nightly credit, with no tipping; meals are at Harvest Moon, The Roost and the 1894 Fireside Bistro. September is Yoga Month, followed by autumn foliage programmes.
