Founder
Jess Naylor.
I grew up in London. My father worked in aviation, which meant that travel was never a thing we did so much as a thing we lived inside. His focus country shifted year to year, and the family travelled with him. Aeroplanes were ordinary. Languages were context. The idea that the world had edges other people didn't cross took years to land on me, and when it did, I'd already decided to spend my working life inside it.
The geography of my life now is wider still: my father is based in Madrid, most of my family is in the U.S., my twin sister in Miami, and my mother's family in Bolivia.
The route from that childhood to this practice was less direct than it looks. I worked through a series of roles in private travel before joining one of the world's leading travel houses, where I led a portfolio of private-client households for several years. I left that role in May 2026 to build Naylor & Co. on different lines.
Credentials
TTG Touring & Adventure Agent of the Year 2021. About eight years in private travel, most recently as Private Client Manager for a small group of private-client households.
I know what belongs, because I know you. Every property I recommend is checked with the people who run it before it goes into a proposal. The recommendations that matter are the ones I make slowly.
Naylor & Co. operates within Virtuoso through Colletts Travel, a member agency of the Global Travel Collection. Virtuoso is the invitation-only network of the world's most considered hotels, cruises, tour operators and private guides.
The practice works with a small number of households at a time. Most journeys I design start from around £30,000. If yours is smaller, write anyway.
I founded the practice to do this work the way I always wanted it done. Slowly. In conversation. By introduction. With a small number of households at a time, and the kind of long-term relationship that means the second trip starts from where the first one ended. Travel handled properly is rare. The practice exists to keep it rare.

Testimonials
Handing over the travel planning to Jessica gave us such a sense of relief and made planning the trip feel utterly easy. Not having to overthink or coordinate every detail, but knowing it would be handled with grace and accuracy, which it absolutely was, was such a gift. Jessica is a gem of a person and travel planner, and she was the reason we could go into this trip genuinely relaxed. It allowed us to just show up for a special celebratory trip together without any stress that we felt we had to ‘come down’ from when we arrived. We were able to just enjoy the fun, adventure and peaceful moments that were so well planned out for us right away. The whole experience felt seamless, and we will never forget this trip.
A standout moment for us was definitely the day trip to the exquisite Botanical Gardens. It was such an authentic experience, and it felt like the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. It was not a ‘touristy’ choice, and we had a private guide, which made it feel intimate and like we were somewhere extra special vs. in the thick of where everyone else flocked to in masses. This helped us feel remote and like we were really somewhere else.
Rock Maison at Cap Maison was also extremely special for my birthday dinner, and Jessica planned all the unique ways that the hotel catered to us during this dinner experience. It made me feel really loved and cared for on my big birthday.
