Hotel programmes, and what they add
The hotel programmes the practice books, and how they are reached.
What these are
A hotel brand's trade programme is an arrangement between that brand and a limited number of agencies. A traveller cannot join one, cannot buy into one, and does not need to: the benefits attach to the booking rather than to the guest, and they arrive on a first stay exactly as they do on a tenth.
Naylor & Co. books these through Colletts Travel, within the Global Travel Collection, alongside Virtuoso.
What they add
What a programme adds differs from hotel to hotel, and it changes with the season and with each hotel's own offers. So it is not listed here. It is confirmed for your dates, at your hotel, before it goes into a proposal, and if something cannot be confirmed, it does not go in writing.

Where a brand has no programme of its own
Some of the hotels most worth booking belong to brands that run no trade programme at all. For those, the benefits come through SELECT Hotels & Resorts by Internova, the Internova Travel Group's own hotel programme, of which the Global Travel Collection is part.
That covers Aman, Auberge Resorts Collection, COMO, Corinthia, The Doyle Collection, Kempinski, One&Only and Atlantis, The Leading Hotels of the World, Loews, Claridge’s, The Connaught and the other Maybourne hotels, Montage and Pendry, Anantara and Elewana, and 1 Hotels and Baccarat, among others.
What none of them do
None is a discount. The nightly rate is the hotel's own, and a programme makes the stay worth more without making the room cheaper.
None creates availability. A full hotel is full.
None can be added after the fact. The benefits attach when the booking is made, which is the single most common thing people discover too late.
