Naylor & Co. is the private travel practice of Jess Naylor, operating independently within Colletts Travel, a Virtuoso member since 1983.
What changes when you book this way: the person you spoke to in the first conversation is the person who designs the trip, takes the WhatsApp message when something goes sideways at 2am, and remembers, three years later, the only seat your husband will accept on a long-haul flight.

What you receive
Luxury hotels publish one rate. What changes is the way the booking is held, briefed, watched, and followed through. The room matters. So does the person the hotel hears from before you arrive.
No markup. Commission is paid by the supplier, not added to your bill.

About
Jess Naylor founded Naylor & Co. in 2026 after eight years designing private trips for the kind of clients who don't measure travel by the size of the room. They measure it by what's been thought of before they had to ask.
The practice is built on the belief that the right advisor matters more than the right brand, and that what travellers most want, quietly, is to feel known. It is deliberately small. There is a finite number of clients Jess can hold the institutional memory of, and beyond that number the work changes. So the door stays narrow on purpose.
Behind Naylor & Co. sits the global infrastructure of Colletts Travel, Global Travel Collection, and Internova. The relationship is with Jess. The reach is everyone's.
