There is a quiet assumption in private travel that a recognisable brand on the booking confirmation is the same thing as a recognisable level of care. It isn't.
Naylor & Co. is the private travel practice of Jess Naylor, operating independently within Colletts Travel, a Virtuoso member.
What changes when you book this way: the person you spoke to in the first conversation is the person who designs the trip, takes the WhatsApp message when something goes sideways at 2am, and remembers, three years later, which seat you like on a long-haul flight.

About
Jess Naylor founded Naylor & Co. in 2026 after eight years designing private trips for the kind of clients who don't measure travel by the size of the room. They measure it by what's been thought of before they had to ask.
Jess is based in London. Raised there too, though the household was a moving one: her father's work in aviation meant his focus country shifted year to year, and the family travelled with him. Her father is based in Madrid, most of her family is in the U.S., her twin sister in Miami, and her mother's family in Bolivia.
The practice is built on the belief that the right advisor matters more than the right brand, and that what travellers most want, quietly, is to feel known. It is deliberately small. There is a finite number of clients Jess can hold the institutional memory of, and beyond that number the work changes. So the door stays narrow on purpose.
Behind Naylor & Co. sits the global infrastructure of Colletts Travel, Global Travel Collection, and Internova. The relationship is with Jess. The reach is everyone's.
