Villa Capricho is a Tuscan-style house on a 25-acre private vineyard estate in Suisun Valley, about 15 miles east of Napa. It sits within a gated community, behind a double-gated entrance and a private road, with an olive grove and gardens around it and views across the countryside on every side. The main house has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: a ground-floor guest suite that opens onto the front lawn, and four suites upstairs, including a primary suite with a king bed looking over the vines. The living and family rooms open through French doors onto a large patio, and a well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and a formal dining room suit long meals. Outside there is a pool and a jacuzzi, pickleball and bocce courts, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and lawn games, with walks through the vineyard and a fishing pond. A games room has billiards and foosball, and the tower room has windows on all sides for watching the night sky. Suisun Valley's own wineries, with tours, tastings and farm-to-table cooking, are close by.
