Rosewood Phnom Penh is set at the top of what the hotel calls Cambodia's tallest skyscraper, a tower of 39 floors on Monivong Boulevard in the centre of the city. The MICHELIN Guide gives it Two MICHELIN Keys and describes a modern design with local accents. There are 175 rooms and suites. The entry rooms, Executive, Premier River and Grand Premier, start at about 50 square metres, and the suites run from the Mekong, Romduol and Chaktomuk suites to Monivong House and Norodom House, residence-style suites with dining areas and kitchens. The restaurants include French and Chinese kitchens, and the names on the hotel's list run from Brasserie Louis and Zhan Liang to CUTS, Iza and the Living Room, with Butterfly Patisserie and a Whisky Library. Sora, the rooftop cocktail bar with its own whisky bar, is one of the city's social addresses. Sense, A Rosewood Spa, bases its treatments on traditional healing herbs and Khmer techniques, and a 22-metre lap pool runs along the 33rd floor.
