Pangulasian Island is one of the El Nido Resorts in Palawan, set on its own island with forest behind it and a marine sanctuary at its doorstep. Its 750-metre beach of white sand is the island's front, and the resort is built in a contemporary Filipino style and run as an eco-luxury resort with green design. There are 42 villas. Eight Canopy Villas stand 15 to 18 metres up in the forest and are the only villas with a bathtub; 24 Beach Villas face the sand; six Pool Villas each have a private pool of 22 square metres; and four Kalaw Villas sit apart in a secluded cove at the west end of the island, sharing a lap pool of 85 square metres. An infinity pool lies near the centre of the resort, with a beach bar and a poolside grill beside it, and dinners can be set up privately on the beach. The spa offers a menu of treatments. In 2026 Pangulasian received One MICHELIN Key, among the first Keys awarded in the Philippines. Arrival is by plane to El Nido, where a resort representative meets guests, then a club car of 10 to 15 minutes to the El Nido Resorts Jetty Lounge and a boat ride of 30 to 45 minutes, depending on tide and weather.
