La Réserve Paris Apartments are 10 private residences at 10 place du Trocadéro, in a Haussmann building with views of the Eiffel Tower, each between 140 and 300 square metres and with one to four bedrooms. The interiors are by Rémi Tessier, who worked in ebony, rosewood, sycamore, slate and concrete and furnished the apartments with pieces from Knoll, Vitra and Maxalto. The idea is a private home with a palace hotel behind it. Every stay includes a butler and concierge on call day and night and a housekeeper who serves breakfast in the apartment. Guests have the use of the Nescens spa and 16-metre pool at the sister hotel, La Réserve Paris on avenue Gabriel, which holds three Michelin Keys, and a car takes them there for dinner at Le Gabriel, where chef Jérôme Banctel holds a three-MICHELIN-star rating.
