Emerald Bay is a new house on the south coast of Providenciales, reached by a single road, which keeps it private. Every bedroom looks over the water. The main house has five bedrooms, four of them with king beds facing the ocean and a fifth fitted with two sets of bunk beds for children, all with their own bathrooms. Two guest cottages each add a king bedroom looking over the sound, so a group of up to 16 can spread out without anyone feeling on top of each other. Inside, the rooms are contemporary and calm, with floor-to-ceiling glass throughout. A concierge looks after arrivals, local experiences and celebrations at the house. This is a place for a family or friends who want a whole house on the water rather than a hotel.

Insider tip Put children in the bunk room in the main house and give the cottages to couples. Everyone gets privacy and a water view.
Why I choose it It gives a large group a whole new house on a quiet stretch of Providenciales, with every bedroom on the water.
