One World Trade Center and Lower Manhattan across the Hudson at golden hour.

Casa Cipriani New York occupies the Battery Maritime Building, a Beaux-Arts ferry terminal of 1906 at 10 South Street in Lower Manhattan. It is a private members' club with a hotel of 47 rooms and suites: 28 guest rooms facing the East River or the city skyline, and 19 suites of one to four bedrooms, two of them Presidential Suites with Loro Piana Interiors. Thierry Despont designed the interiors, which use custom lacquered mahogany and Italian furnishings, and many rooms have private terraces or patios. The club's dining spaces include The Restaurant, serving Harry's Bar classics, the East and West Terraces overlooking the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty, and the Jazz Café, with live music from Tuesday to Saturday. The Casa Cipriani Spa offers massages, facials, acupuncture and cryotherapy, with a cedar sauna and a eucalyptus steam room, and hotel guests have round-the-clock key card access to the fitness centre.
